Effective Date: March 16, 2026
Operator: Digitsy Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “Distancer.ai”), a California corporation with its principal place of business at 21010 Anza Ave #28, Torrance, California 90503.
These Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) set out the rules for using Distancer.ai (the “Platform”). They supplement and form part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, creating a Business Project (in Sandbox or Production), or interacting as a Customer, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
Plain-language summary (non-binding): Keep everything legal, honest, and respectful. Business Owners (U.S. entities/organizations only) are fully responsible for their AI-built Business Projects — including in-person services, remote video calls, inventory, app licenses, and user permissions. Customers must behave appropriately. We prohibit illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity. Violations can result in immediate content removal, suspension, or permanent termination.
1. Who These Guidelines Apply To
- Business Owners (U.S. entities or organizations via Organization Accounts) — including any staff or authorized users managing your Account or Business Project.
- Customers — anyone purchasing goods, services, subscriptions, licenses, or participating in in-person/online services or remote video calls.
- All Users — whether testing in the free Sandbox Environment or operating in the live Production Environment.
2. General Rules
You must:
- Comply with all applicable laws (U.S. federal, state, and local for Business Owners; your local laws for Customers).
- Use the Platform and Business Projects only for lawful, legitimate business purposes.
- Ensure all Materials, AI-generated content, inventory data, app licenses, service descriptions, and public-facing information are accurate and non-misleading.
- Respect intellectual property rights and complete Stripe identity verification (when required for Production).
- Act in good faith, treat others respectfully, and manage organization user permissions responsibly.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden. We may review Business Projects (including AI outputs) and take action immediately upon violation.
3.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities
- Offering or facilitating illegal goods, services, or activities (including unlicensed in-person/remote services, counterfeit items, controlled substances, or fraud).
- Promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, exploitation, or child harm (zero tolerance).
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to violent extremist, criminal, or terrorist organizations.
3.2 Misrepresentation and Deception
- Misrepresenting your Business Project, products, services, pricing, inventory, capabilities, or AI-generated content.
- Impersonating any person or entity (including through Organization Accounts or user permissions).
- Creating fake reviews, ratings, or artificially inflating engagement.
- Using misleading metadata, descriptions, or thumbnails in your Business Project.
3.3 Spam, Scams, and Abuse
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages or using the Platform to spam Customers.
- “Get rich quick” schemes, pyramid schemes, or scams within any Business Project.
- Misusing organization user/permission management (e.g., granting unauthorized access or using for prohibited purposes).
- Bypassing subscription requirements or Stripe identity verification to publish to Production.
3.4 Intellectual Property and Platform Abuse
- Uploading or generating Materials that infringe trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other IP rights.
- Reverse-engineering the AI, scraping the Platform, or using it to train competing systems.
- Overloading or disrupting the Sandbox or Production Environment.
- Linking to or directing users toward external sites that violate these Guidelines (e.g., malware, phishing, piracy, or prohibited content).
3.5 Content-Specific Rules for Business Projects
- Business Owners must ensure all in-person services, remote video calls, inventory data, app licenses, and public content comply with these Guidelines.
- Prohibited examples: adult services without clear age verification and legal compliance; misleading health/medical claims; instructional content on theft, hacking, or bypassing payments.
- Customers must not abuse services (e.g., no-shows for scheduled appointments without valid reason or harassing Business Owners/staff).
3.6 Organization Accounts
- The individual registering must have legal authority to bind the Organization.
- The Business Owner remains fully responsible for all actions by users under the Organization Account.
4. Exceptions
Limited exceptions may apply for genuine educational, documentary, or scientific content, but these are not a license to harass, mislead, or violate the law. We take a strict approach to content targeting protected groups or minors.
5. Reporting Violations
- Business Owners: Report via your dashboard or email support@distancer.ai.
- Customers: Contact the Business Owner first; if unresolved, report to us at support@distancer.ai. We investigate reports promptly but are not required to act in every case.
6. Enforcement
- We use a combination of automated tools and human review.
- Violations may result in: content removal, feature restrictions, Sandbox/Production suspension, Account termination, and/or reporting to law enforcement or Stripe.
- Repeated or severe violations (including dedicated policy-violating Business Projects) lead to permanent bans.
- Business Owners remain responsible for Customer disputes, refunds, and compliance even after enforcement.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update these Guidelines at any time to reflect new business types, features, or legal requirements. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform banner. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
8. Relationship to Other Policies
These Guidelines are enforced under the Terms of Service. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service govern. Nothing here limits our rights under the Terms or Privacy Policy.
