Using the AI Chat
The Distancer AI chat is where your business ideas take shape. This guide covers how to use it effectively.
Starting a Session
Go to Distancer.ai and click Start Here. No account is needed — you’ll start with a blank conversation where you can describe anything — your skills, interests, goals, or a specific business idea.
What to Say
Be as specific or as vague as you like. The AI will ask clarifying questions to fill in the gaps. Some effective starting points:
- Describe a skill: “I’m a professional photographer with 10 years of experience”
- Share an interest: “I love baking and want to turn it into a business”
- State a goal: “I want to create passive income from my expertise in project management”
- Be direct: “I want to sell handmade jewelry online and also offer jewelry-making classes”
What the AI Does
Distancer AI analyzes your input and:
- Asks follow-up questions about your target audience, available time, and business goals
- Proposes specific business ideas that can be built on the platform
- Explains what each idea would look like in practice (pricing models, operations, customer flow)
- Suggests combinations of ideas (multiple Business Branches) for diversified revenue
Guiding the Conversation
This is a collaborative dialog, not a one-way generation. You can:
- Accept suggestions — “Yes, I like the online classes idea. Let’s include that.”
- Reject suggestions — “I don’t want to do in-person services, just online.”
- Refine details — “Focus more on beginner-level content, not advanced.”
- Pivot entirely — “Actually, let’s forget classes and focus on a product store.”
- Ask for more options — “What else could I do with my photography skills?”
The AI adjusts its recommendations in real time based on your responses.
From Chat to Business Project
As you approve ideas, the AI assembles them into a Business Project. Each approved idea becomes a Business Branch — a self-contained unit within your project.
When the brainstorming session concludes, your Business Project is generated and placed in the Sandbox for review.
Tips for Better Results
- Provide context about your audience. “My Instagram followers are mostly women aged 25–40 interested in fitness” helps the AI make more targeted suggestions.
- Mention constraints. “I can only work evenings and weekends” or “I don’t want to ship physical products” narrows the options appropriately.
- Don’t filter yourself. The AI works best when you share openly. It doesn’t judge — it finds practical applications for whatever you bring.
- Run multiple sessions. You can brainstorm as many times as you want. Each session can build on the previous one or start fresh.
Important: AI can make mistakes. Distancer AI is a helpful tool, but its suggestions may not always be accurate or optimal for your situation. Always review AI-generated content, pricing, and business recommendations before going live.
